If I understand what you want to do, consider using a bar crimp to temporarily adjust the open strings without completely retuning. You can also check with a good music shop or a good music teacher.

Would want it to be lower than $300
If oyu expect a real Floyd Rose on a guitar under $300. I would doubt that unless it is second hand. The Floyd rose cost approximately $200 alone. You have to watch Ibanez because the low priced models like the RG5 come with an "Edge III tremolo bridge" [...]

I’m trying to tune my classic guitar on my computer with garage band. and its not tuning right. i think its because its for electric guitars? is there a difference?
yes you usually can tune both guitars with the same tuner
